During my recent business trip to Kuala Lumpur, my director chose Victoria Home Robertson as our accommodation, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The property offers various recreational opportunities, including a sauna. After a long day of meetings, relaxing in the sauna was a much-needed treat. The experience was rejuvenating and helped me unwind and destress.
Little confused at check-in.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is goat! Clean venue with marvellous location adjacent to jalan alor and petaling street and Chinatown. Available nice pool.
I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

I was delighted by the elegant and sophisticated decor throughout the hotel. The common areas were beautifully furnished, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking aid. Additionally, the hotel had conveniently placed handrails and comfortable seating areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive and helpful. It would have been ideal if they had accommodated the needs of senior guests, such as assisting with luggage or providing extra assistance when necessary.

The hotel's central location was a major advantage, being close to the food night market, shopping areas, Pudu Sentral bus terminal, and a shopping mall. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the service provided by the staff was satisfactory based on reviews. Guests also appreciated the great view from the rooms and the availability of facilities such as a swimming pool and a cafe by the poolside.
The maintenance of the hotel could have been better, as there were a number of blown light bulbs throughout the property.
